Our labour heritage

When Sid Robinson opened the doors at Thistle Printing in 1931, it was to provide the best possible print products in a fair, respectful environment.

Today we continue to serve 300+ labour, not-for-profit, and community organizations as a proud union printer focused on quality, honesty, and integrity.

Our environmental commitment

Along with being one of the first commercial printers in Canada to obtain Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certification, we are strongly committed to reforestation through our partnership with PrintReleaf.

PrintReleaf reverse-calculates paper consumption, then replants the equivalent number of trees in carefully managed forests around the world.

For every 83 lb (37.6 kg) of paper we print for clients, we replant a tree on their behalf.
