The volume and complexity are daunting—and DCM’s partnership, along with platforms like DCMFlex™, has been crucial in not just maintaining daily operations, but also future-proofing our client’s communications infrastructure.
Solution
Through dedicated onsite account resources, we’ve collaborated with the organization for more than two decades to steadily consolidate and streamline their communications. Initially working with clunky manual requisition and production processes—all supporting a retail network more than 6,000-strong—we’ve digitally transformed their workflows.
We’ve also consulted closely with our client to redesign many of the forms that underpin core operations. We continue to refine our solutions to meet their evolving needs, always innovating and engineering better processes and technology.
Our partnership has culminated in our client’s 2022 migration to DCMFlex, through which they’ve fully integrated with our digital ecosystem and national print network.
